It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods upon delivery. In the case of goods damaged or not compliant with the quantities ordered, the customer must immediately report it to the carrier and sign the delivery document with reserve as well as informing LIGIS SRLS . to the email address: info@ligismood.it within 3 days of delivery.

LIGIS SRLS . in this case it will provide, after verification and evaluation of the incident, the possible replacement of the missing or damaged goods, in accordance with the customer's order.

Delivery failure

All customers, by placing an order, establish a business relationship with LIGIS SRLS and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to your order. If a package is not delivered to the customer's address for reasons attributable to his lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender LIGIS SRLS . in Italy with costs paid by the customer. European shipments entrusted to DHL courier 5 working days.
Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the following day.

Outside Europe:

Extra-European shipments entrusted to DHL courier 12-14 working days.
Orders placed after 12:00 will be processed the following day.
