These conditions regulate the sale and supply of products by LIGIS SRLS. Any changes to the current conditions will be communicated via e-mail to registered users and will take effect immediately from the moment of their publication on the site.
Contract
The contract between the customer and LIGIS SRLS comes into force from the moment of receipt of the order confirmation. LIGIS SRLS has the right to withdraw in the event of obvious errors regarding the goods or orders.
Prices and availability.
The prices of the products appearing on this site are clearly indicated and include VAT, if applicable. The shipping cost, if applicable, is added to the price of the product.
Orders are invoiced in Euros and not in the currency requested or displayed by the customer. Given the fluctuation of the different currencies, the final charge for the online payment will reflect the actual exchange rate between euros and the customer's currency including bank commissions. Shipping and Delivery.
LIGIS SRLS will ship the items ordered to the address indicated at the time of the order. Orders are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed between 2.00pm and 5.30pm, subject to confirmation of availability and bank verification for payments by bank transfer.

Responsibility
LIGIS SRLS assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure which prevented the execution of the contract in whole or in part, as well as for damages, losses and costs suffered by the customer.
Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to view and accept the terms and conditions of service at the time of registration and/or confirmation of the order. The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary data during the purchase and registration procedure. It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or enter data of third parties
LIGIS SRLS reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
Terms and Conditions for returns
It is possible to request a size change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by accessing the "returns" section of your user profile. It is possible to exchange only for a different size of the same item, if available.
The returned items must not show any signs of use and must have the guarantee seals intact.
Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear.
For items such as perfumes, glasses, covers, accessories (jewelry), returns are not permitted. Returns must be sent inside the box LIGIS SRLS .
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box which must not be damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed using the same payment method chosen by the customer.
LIGIS SRLS reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the return policy by returning the return to the customer.
If the return is due to an error of LIGIS SRLS it will be free of charge and the company will collect it. Otherwise the return remains the responsibility of the customer who will have to take care of the shipping.

Current legislation and jurisdiction
The contracts will be subject to Italian legislation and all disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the Court of Barletta.
